Please have your records from your previous eye care practitioner faxed over to us at (808)935-3882 prior to scheduling your appointment and coming in. It allows Dr. Mitsui to familiarize himself with your past medical history before your appointment, and be better equipped to meet your eye care needs.

No show Policy
We understand that sometimes our patients cannot make their appointments, but it is essential to let us know to serve each member of our community who requests eye care.
Our “no show” policy for our patients ensures all patients are served.
A reasonable cancellation at Big Island Vision Center is within two business days before the scheduled appointment.
We would also like to note that if a patient is a “no show” for two appointments, they, unfortunately, will not be able to schedule appointments with us in the future.
